2. The issue - what was the main problem that they were looking to tackle and were there any particularly aspects to that problem that motivated your person?
3. Action - what action was taken by your individual.
4. The Outcome - what was the final result of the action taken by the individual you have chosen. Even if they failed in what they were trying to achieve, make sure you point that out and also consider things such as raising awareness of the issue even if they didn't bring any specific change.
